The
American Chinese Culture
Exchange Center (ACCEC) was
founded in Los Angeles, U.S.
by registering with the
California Commerce Bureau
of the United States in
1994. The Chinese branch
office was established in
1998 and was ratified by the
Ministry of Import & Export
Trade of the People¨s
Republic of China.
ACCEC is
a non-governmental
organization dedicated to
promoting the mutual
exchange and development of
various communication
activities between China and
America. It has set up good
cooperative relationships
with many luminaries in
governmental departments,
associations, corporations,
educational and research
institutions and has
organized various exchange
activities successfully.
